We are two, multi-certified fitness trainers with an accumulation of over 70 years of experience between us in weight, resistance training and functional movement-based fitness training. Michelle also works as an Exercise Specialists for post-surgical hip and knee replacement clients and is a Cancer Exercise Specialist.
We have a sports nutrition designation with over 500 hours of study. Emphasis on using whole foods nutrition and Paleo nutrition.
We are also both Level 1 AIS Practitioners (release of muscle and fascial tissue - a form of body work).
