في عام ١٩٨٩ تم تأسيس شركة الشامسي للعقارات، والتي اصبحت بوقت قياسي من الرواد في القطاع العقاري ، حيث كان نمو الشركة سريعاً و بشكل ملحوظ والتي نشرت استثماراتها في داخل دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة في كل من ( الشارقة ، دبي ، عجمان، رأس الخيمة).
فيما اتسعت استثمارات الشركة داخل دولة الامارات و خارجها لتنضم الى مجموعة الشامسي الاستثمارية كل من :
- شركة عمان والشارقة للتطوير و الاستثمار العقاري ( الاردن).
- شركة دلة البركة العقارية ( الشارقة).
- شركة الجنيدي للعقارات ( الشارقة).
- شركة اكبر و نشر للاستشارات ( الشارقه).

وشملت استثماراتها الاسواق التالية : المملكة العربية السعودية ، المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية ، السودان ، قطر ، الكويت و الهند .
وكانت رؤيا الشركة المساهمه في التطوير العقاري وإيجاد الفرص المناسبة للمستثمرين و تحقيق افضل نسبة ارباح .
وكانت نشاطاتها تشمل تطوير البنية التحتية وبناء العقارات وادارة العقارات وادارة المرافق وذلك مع الاستمرار بتوفير اعلى مستوى من الخدمات للعملاء بما يتوافق مع تواقعاتهم ، و تقديم الخدمة المضافة للمساهمين.
